How to use the "Forgot Password" function

Overview

This article will walk you through the "Forgot Password" feature. Available in GateManager Release 9.1.

Introducing a Forget Password functionality from firmware 9.1.A LinkManager user is required to remember both username and mobile phone number (If a Mobile phone number is set on the account) to renew their password.

The user will get an e-mail to confirm the password request.
