This applies to customers who hosts their GateManagers On-Premise.

Important Change: GateManager Configuration Update Required
Action Required: Please be advised that an important configuration update is required for all GateManagers.
What's Changing: We are introducing a new scope that requires an updated firewall rule and the addition of a CRM address.
Why This Matters: Any GateManager that has not been configured with a firewall rule for the new scope and/or has not had the CRM address added will fail and risk being permanently lost.
Next Steps: Please ensure your GateManager(s) are updated as soon as possible to avoid any service disruption or data loss. Detailed instructions for this update will be circulated shortly.

How to: Log in to the GateManager as a Server Admin --> Go to “Server”-tab--> Config --> Web Services & Debug Console --> Click 'Edit' and “Show” on CRM Web Service API Access Control--> add this line 185.150.198.136/29 under CRM in the 'Source IP Address Filter' field.
