Secomea Prime terms

To help you better understand your Secomea Prime subscription, we've defined some key terms:

Active SiteManager:

A SiteManager that has sent at least one heartbeat during the last 365 days. Number of active SiteManagers will be used to determine price for your subscription.

Active Endpoints:

Number of agents (physical or virtual) connected to the system where there is sent at least one heartbeat during the last 365 days. Number of active Endpoints will be used to determine price for your subscription.

Concurrent Users:

The number of people using LinkManager at the same time.

Subscription Allowance:

How many active SiteManagers, active Endpoints and concurrent users that is included in your subscription. If you surpass your allowance, it can impact the price of your subscription for the coming year.

The number of Active SiteManagers and Active Endpoints affects your subscription price. Using more resources than your Subscription Allowance can impact the cost of your subscription for the next year.
