Shared folder agent setup

This article provides basic information on how to set up a shared folder. With this agent, you can access a folder on a PC connected to SiteManager via a LinkManager connection.

In Windows

Right-click the folder that you want to share and select Properties, then select the tab called Sharing and go to Advanced Sharing.

Tick off "Share this folder" and click "OK".

In SiteManager

Make agent – Generic – Shared Folder – IP address of PC

Share name of the folder – note that it is case sensitive.

In GateManager

Connect to the agent via LinkManager.

Click on the i icon, then the "Open folder" button, wait for File Explorer to open.

The folder from the Remote PC on Device side pops up in local PC.
