[RD-6224] - Uplink2 connectivity issue after SM relocation.
Applies to: SiteManager hardware models.

When an SM is relocated, it may take a very long time for it to get a mobile network connection because it will try hard to use the same parameters that worked at the last location, but some of these parameters may no longer be valid (depending on signals in the new location). A new option, "UPLINK2 > Use Cache", has been introduced that, when set to "No", will make the SM disregard old connection parameters, and therefore sooner adapt to signal conditions in the new location. SMs that are never relocated should leave this option enabled.

[RD-6230] - Some checkboxes of custom agents don't work (10.0 regression).
Applies to: SiteManager hardware models.
A regression in 10.0.622395010 caused some of the checkbox options of various custom agents to have no effect. This has been fixed
