Secomea Release Notes – Prime 015

Release Date: August 26, 2026

New features

  • Prime Audit Log — Open Beta, arriving mid September: Get a centralized view of audit events from Prime and connected GateManagers in one timeline, making it easier to review activity across distributed environments. The Open Beta includes filtering, sorting, customizable views, and CSV export. During the beta, GateManager remains the system of record for authoritative compliance reporting. See the Prime Audit Log Open Beta documentation for details on permissions, event coverage, export, and known limitations.

Feature Improvements

  • Redesigned Endpoint details page: The Endpoint details page now brings relevant information and actions together in one place, including endpoint details, approved access, active connections, access requests, recordings, and governance settings.

  • Easier identification of domains: The Assets view now displays the domain path for top level resources, making it easier to distinguish between identically named domains across factories and customer environments.

  • Session recordings for Domain Observers: Domain Observers can now view and download session recordings for the endpoints they oversee without assistance from a Domain Admin. Enabling or disabling session recording remains a Domain Admin action.

  • Bulk configuration of Session Recording and Joint Session: Both settings can now be configured in bulk from Settings → Governance, making it faster to apply consistent governance settings across a domain.

  • Improved SSO account configuration: SSO users signing in with their UPN can now have a separate email address associated with their Prime account. Existing configurations require a Secomea configuration change to use this capability.

  • Updated terminology from Appliance to Asset: Terminology across Prime has been updated for greater consistency. Asset is the general term for managed objects, SiteManager refers to the physical or virtual gateway, and Target refers to the resource being accessed through Request for Access.

Bug fixes

  • Session recordings: Fixed an issue that could cause recordings to remain in processing or take longer than expected to become available for download.
  • Request for Access: Fixed an issue where the Request access button was not displayed for resources when access had been granted through a group.
