Google Chrome has a built-in security feature that prevents multiple file downloads from the same page.
As each Samplepoint is delivered as a separate file, it can be blocked by Chrome.
If desired, the settings in Chrome can be altered to allow this from DCC.
In Google Chrome
Goto Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Automatic downloads > add https://dcc.secomea.com:443 to the Allow section.
