Prerequisite
SSO is a feature available if you have a Professional or Premium Package.
If you have an Essential package, you can enable SMS-Authentication.
Logging in with Single-Sign-On (SSO) Provides an easy login method where you can use your SSO credentials, like a Microsoft account to log in to the GateManager service.
This article describes the login process in detail (Microsoft SSO is used in this example)
Login Process:
- Open your preferred browser, e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.
- Access your GateManager at the URL provided in the account creation email, or by your GateManager administrator.
- Select "Authenticate with Microsoft" and press "Login"
You will now be redirected to the Microsoft Azure SSO page.
Login with your credentials and applicable MFA.
- You should now be logged into the GateManager and be able to connect to devices.
