Search for equipment on DEV and Uplink

This article will provide information on how to search for equipment and devices located on the DEV or UPLINK port on the SiteManager.

How to search on DEV 

After release 7.0 (SiteManager firmware 16267 and above), it's possible to search for devices on the DEV side of the SiteManager.

The search button can be found in the SiteManager GUI - GateManager -> Agents

How to search on Uplink  

It is also possible to find devices on the Uplink side. Go to Status-Network:

Click on ARP.

Search results come with IP, MAC, Interface, and Manufacturer.

If no results are shown, you can manually do an ARP broadcast on the Uplink network from Status - Ping /Trace, then go to Network and press the ARP button again.
