Moved Expert mode button

Overview

As of the 9.3 release, the "Expert mode" button has been moved to a more visible and central location in the server configuration tab in GateManager.
Pre 9.3 the Expert button was located under server config, advanced settings, but with the new release it will be located at the top of the server config tree. See the pictures below:
