Disable GTA buttons - GateManager Own

This article provides information about how to remove the GTA buttons for users. These settings apply only for GateManager Own users with a Server Administrator account. Available from release 9.2.

Note that external VNC viewers and RDP sessions are still supported when connected via LinkManager.

1.The Server Administrator Account have access to this new feature "Enable External GTA.

The checkbox is found under (1) Server > Config > GTA settings.

Default (2) is "on" (checked) and it should behave as usual.

2. If both "Enable" options (1) are cleared, then you will remove the GTA buttons.

It will affect all users on the GateManager.

3. What it looks like for a LinkManager user

Log in on your account and choose your agent.

Before, when buttons are available.

4. And after, when these GTA buttons are not available (2) anymore

However, if you connect with LinkManager it will work as normal.

5. LinkManager Mobile user view

Most affected is the LinkManager Mobile user.

6. It then looks like this. The GTA buttons (4) are no longer available.
